The Boaz Family was established to make widows and their children financially prosperous and mighty in the society over time according to God’s promise in Psalm 68:5-6. It says: A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families; He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
We provide our support through biblical training, small livelihood grants, food assistance, and economic empowerment. This is to make our beneficiaries prominent and rich like Boaz. Ruth 2:1 says: “It so happened that Naomi had a relative by marriage, a man prominent and rich, connected with Elimelech’s family. His name was Boaz”. (MSG)
We assist widows and their children by helping them experience the 7-Step Boaz Process. (1) Set in a God-governed family (2) Work for own necessities (3) Training in God’s word (4) Rich in faith (5) Rich in liberality (6) Creative wisdom for enterprise (7) Mighty to provide economic leadership.
